Salmon Data

Washington State has a long-standing commitment to open government, including access to non-confidential data from state agencies.

The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office and the Governor’s Salmon Recovery Office invites viewers to explore their Open Data Salmon Data Portal, which put accurate, real-time updates at the fingertips of salmon recovery professionals and the public. It compiles the data used throughout this report.

The Salmon Data Portal contains curated data from more than five data sources including the Recreation and Conservation Office, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Washington Department of Ecology, and Office of Financial Management.
